A Formula for Happiness – find your bliss.

These are tough times – and for many people there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel.

happiness       Maintain your Sanity through Serenity.

The sooner you realize that nobody and nothing but yourself can make you happy, the sooner you see that nobody and nothing but yourself makes you unhappy.

Use the magic formula for Happiness.

𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 = 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 + 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 – 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 – 𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 – It is not the happy ones who are grateful; it is the grateful ones who are happy. Practice an attitude of gratitude and cherish that there is always, always, always someone or something you can be grateful for.

𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 – Forgive yourself and others. Holding grudges and anger hurts you more than others.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 – Never compare yourself with others. We came to live our own life – and we never see the downside in the lives of others.

𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 – Refrain from judging people since we never know their whole story – and behind some awkward behaviors are often some good intentions.

“Don’t chase happiness from around you.
Cultivate happiness from within you.”

Alexander Trost

Maximize Gratitude and Forgiveness while refraining from Comparison and Judgement.
