𝟲 𝗖𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽©. 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿 – 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲.™
Articles, studies, training courses and books on Leadership are added to the learning and development space the very moment you are reading this. However, most of the content is old wine in new bottles. - 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀: Engaging leaders show the right direction towards an inspiring shared vision – without overly interfering.
- 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵: Great leaders are great coaches, making sure that everyone reaches the shared vision without leaving anyone behind. Coaches scout and develop individual talents. Coaches form high-performing teams where everyone plays at their perfect position. Coaches inspire the best in people by asking more questions, telling less, and giving advice only if asked. For us, being a 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 means being 𝗖redible, 𝗢pen-minded, 𝗔ccountable, 𝗖ourageous yet Considerate and 𝗛umane.
- 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲: Eventually, everything in business is change. Successful leaders know and live the difference between ‘managing change’ and ‘leading people through change’ – a small difference that makes all the difference.
- 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: Leaders create culture, the glue that holds it whole together. Intentional leaders do not leave culture to develop on its own. Intentional leaders instil a culture of trust and respect, the superglue that enables ordinary people to achieve extraordinary things.
Master the 6 Cs of Leadership© and become the Leader you always wished you had. Based on a Credible Character formed by everlasting values and principles, become the Person whom people want to follow, don’t behold the Position which people have to follow. Based on trust and respect, create a Compelling Culture that inspires people to their best potential.
