𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 – 𝗔𝗧𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿™ 𝘃𝘀. 𝗔𝗜
At 𝗔𝗧𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿™, we want to make a positive difference by intentionally being different. Our approaches and insights are simple, yet not simplistic. We strive to provide unique food for thought, rather than making people feel taught.
When it comes to 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆, we first and foremost believe that life can be so simple once we stop trying to complicate it. Here are our 4 key pointers:
- On our life journey, we need a clear vision that keeps us going – call it purpose if you like. We call it “𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘰𝘰𝘬”.
- Once you have your title, write 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘰𝘰𝘬, aka your goals. Work on your goals, one at a time. Stay focused, conscious in the moment and celebrate small successes.
- Know that nothing and nobody can make you (un)happy but yourself. Everything happens for a reason – and it is up to us to reason over that reason. Make it about 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯.
- Practice daily moments of 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦.
We checked with 𝗔𝗜 what it thinks about 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 – and we were very amazed by the resemblance, highlighted in brackets []:
- Live purposefully. To achieve your dreams and be the person you want to be, you will have to start paying attention to your actions. Ask yourself, “Is what I’m doing going to lead me to where I want to be in life?” If you find yourself constantly bored, daydreaming about the future or past or counting down the minutes until the day ends, it is probably because you feel disconnected from what you’re doing. [𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘰𝘰𝘬]
- Identify your passions. Before you can achieve success, you will have to define what success means to you — and no one else can do that for you. While it may take years to realize what you want to do with your life, identifying your passions, interests, and values will help you set goals and give your life a sense of meaning. [𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘰𝘰𝘬]
- Cultivate acceptance and asking “Okay, now what?” [𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯]
- Recognize that difficult circumstances are there to test you. [𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯]
- Establish practices that keep you connected. [𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦]
- Learn to pay attention to what you need. [𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦]
- Learn to overrule your mind. [𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯]
What is your key lesson in 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆?
“Life is best lived by going with the flow while being in flow, Make Serenity the true source of your Life Energy.”
