Why Worry? – Just Be!

Indulge in some food for thought on why we worry and how to just be.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗿𝘆?

Our endless self-talk and critique let us worry – even if there is nothing to worry.

So why worry?

Sometimes, there is truly a reason to worry – and we can do something about it.

So why worry?

At other times, there is another valid reason to worry – and we cannot do anything about it.

So why worry?

Most of our worries are driven by 𝗙𝗘𝗔𝗥, by a 𝗙alse 𝗘vidence 𝗔ssumed 𝗥eal.

Nothing and nobody can make us unhappy – but ourselves.

Worry is the kryptonite of being happy.

So why worry?

What can you stop worrying about right now?

𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗼 – 𝗕𝗲!

Don’t just 𝘦𝘢𝘵 your food – GREAT your food!

Don’t just 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘭 – MARVEL!

Don’t just 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘦 an occasion – EMBRACE each person!

Don’t just show 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵 – Be INTERESTED!

Don’t just have 𝘰𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 – Be OPEN-MINDED!

Don’t just 𝘦𝘹𝘪𝘴𝘵 – EXCITE!

Don’t just see the 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦 – See the CHANCE!

Don’t just 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸 – GLOW!

Don’t just 𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯 – Be SILENT!

Being rather than doingDon’t just 𝘫𝘶𝘥𝘨𝘦 – Be JUST!

Don’t just 𝘴𝘢𝘺 the truth – STAY with the truth!

Don’t just know right and wrong – Right THE wrong!

Don’t just be kind – Be kind to ANY kind!
